Corporate catering has its own set of rules
A wedding reception and a three-day corporate conference require completely different catering approaches. The guest count, service style, approval chains, and documentation expectations are all different.
This program focuses specifically on the corporate context — what clients in business settings expect, how procurement processes work, and how to manage catering across multiple sessions or days.
Typical problems this course addresses
Many coordinators struggle with corporate clients because the decision-making process involves multiple stakeholders. You might get conflicting instructions from three different people. You will learn how to consolidate requirements and get written approval before committing to vendors.
Another common issue is managing catering breaks across a packed conference schedule. Timing errors here cost clients money and damage your reputation. The course walks through realistic scheduling scenarios with practical solutions.
Content structure
Seven modules delivered over five weeks. Each module includes a video lesson, a written summary, and a short task to apply to a real or simulated event scenario. Tasks are reviewed by the course instructor, Oksana Bilyk, who has 11 years of experience coordinating corporate events across Kyiv, Lviv, and Odesa.
Module 4 covers alcohol service and licensing requirements specific to Ukrainian corporate events — something most general catering courses skip entirely.
Format and access
All video content is pre-recorded and available immediately after enrollment. Live review sessions happen every second Friday. You have 90 days of full access from enrollment date.
